Before your visit, we kindly recommend checking our Brand Directory here to ensure we currently purchase your designer.

To sell your pieces, simply bring them into your nearest store. If you have not sold with us before, our team will be delighted to set up a membership for you. We will gently inspect your items to ensure they match our accepted brand list and meet our condition requirements. Please remember to bring a valid photographic ID with you.

Our team will book your items in and submit a quote request on your behalf. Please note that if you are bringing in more than five items, your wait time may be slightly longer. You will then receive an email containing your offer, which you are free to accept or reject.

If you choose to accept the quote, there is no need to return to the store! Your item will be securely packaged and sent to our studio for authentication and an in-person valuation. To proceed smoothly, please ensure your details are fully filled out in the ‘Your Account’ section of our website.

Following authentication, if the final valuation remains the same or increases, your order will be processed. If, after a physical inspection, the valuation is lower or we are unable to purchase the piece, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. If you initially dropped your item off in-store, it must be collected in person with your photographic ID, as we are unfortunately unable to post items back from our physical store locations.

Selling at our London Flagship Store
Selling Handbags, Shoes, or Accessories? (Walk-In Service)
You are welcome to bring up to 5 items in total (combining handbags, shoes, and accessories) for a walk-in quote.

- Simply visit the buying desk. Depending on availability, a member of our pricing team may be able to offer you a quote within 20 minutes.
- We are pleased to share that shoes are now accepted for walk-in quotes, as they are quick to process.
- If you accept the quote: We will create a membership for you (if required) and verify your photo ID. Your items will then be securely booked under your account, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Following this, your items will be authenticated and payment processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- Should the price change after authentication, or if we are unable to purchase the piece, we will contact you directly with your options.
- Please keep in mind that once a quote has been officially accepted, the item cannot be returned to you unless it is rejected during the authentication process.

Important Notes for Walk-Ins:

- Walk-in quotes cannot always be guaranteed. During peak times, all walk-ins will operate strictly as a drop-off service.
- If you are looking to sell 6 or more items, we kindly ask that you book an appointment.

Selling Clothing (Drop-Off Only)
Please note that all clothing must be left in-store for a thorough evaluation. This operates strictly as a drop-off service, regardless of the number of items.

- We will set up a membership for you (if needed) and verify your photo ID.
- You may bring up to 5 clothing items per drop-off. For larger quantities, please book an appointment.
- Your quotes will be gracefully emailed to you once the evaluation is complete.
- If you accept the quote: Your pieces will be authenticated and processed for payment within 3 to 5 working days. If we need to adjust the final price or are unable to purchase an item, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Walk-In Service Hours
Walk-ins for up to 5 items are warmly accepted during the following times:

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please remember this service is subject to availability. During busy periods, all walk-ins will be handled as drop-offs only.
