Our processing times naturally depend on the number of items currently in our inspection queue.

Our standard timeframe for carefully inspecting and authenticating pieces is 5 to 7 working days from the date your item is marked as received. During particularly busy periods or unforeseen delays, this may gently extend up to 10 working days.

Please note that our inspection team does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any items received after 12:00 PM on a Friday will be added to the queue on Monday and processed in the order they arrived.
