How It Works:

1. Submit Your Item: Start by submitting images of your piece to receive a complimentary preliminary quote.

2. Accept Your Quote: Once your quote is ready, you will be notified via email. Log in to your Designer Exchange account to accept the offer and select your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer or Voucher). Please be aware that once a quoted price is accepted, the process cannot be halted.

3. Generate Postage: After accepting, you will be directed to a portal to generate a prepaid postage label. Please print this label and remember to include a note inside your package detailing your Full Name and Quote Number.

4. Dispatch Your Item: Carefully package your item and hand it to the designated courier. We kindly request that you send only one package per Quote ID and that you do not use Royal Mail for these shipments.

5. Complete Your Account Profile: To avoid any delays with your payment, please log in to your account and update your ID details, primary address, phone number, and UK bank details. We are unable to proceed with your order until this step is complete.

6. Authentication and Payment: Upon arrival, our experts will thoroughly authenticate your item and confirm the final purchase.
- If our final offer is equal to or higher than the initial quote, your payment will be processed immediately.
 - If our final offer is lower, we will contact you. You may then either accept the revised price or have your item safely returned to you completely free of charge.
