- Missing or illegible labels
- Overstretched, creased, or misshapen areas
- Stains, dirt, or discolouration (interior/exterior) beyond normal wear
- Signs of heavy previous use (e.g., sweat marks, toe stains)
- Broken zips/buckles/fasteners
- Strong odours (smoke, sweat, mothballs, perfume, damp)
- Certain unaccepted women’s UK sizes (UK1, UK2, UK9, UK10)
