Item Acceptance and Rejections
While we love reviewing your pieces, there are a few common reasons an item may not be accepted. These include:

- The item is from a brand we do not currently purchase.
- The condition does not meet our quality standards.
- The item is not deemed authentic by our experts.
- The style is considered too dated (this does not apply to true vintage pieces).
- It is a basic black garment (we are currently limiting our intake of these items).
- It is an outlet piece (though not all outlet items are rejected).
- The item features non-detachable real fur.
- It is specific to older technology, such as outdated phone cases.
- The item is in a size we are not currently seeking, or our team determines it may not perform well in the current market.

In most cases, any unaccepted items will be respectfully posted back to you completely free of charge. Please be aware, however, that once you have formally accepted a quotation, we cannot return the item should you change your mind.
