We offer a variety of convenient payment options, including credit or debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Designer Exchange vouchers. During checkout, you can also select between standard delivery or our Click & Collect service.

Paying by Card
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Please note that when paying by card, we are only able to ship your order to the address registered on your online account or to the registered billing address on the payment card used.

Paying by Voucher
You are welcome to use a Designer Exchange voucher to cover all or part of your order. Simply enter the code exactly as printed at checkout. If your voucher does not cover the full total, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method. If your voucher value exceeds the order total, a new voucher for the remaining balance will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated. You may also redeem multiple vouchers in a single transaction.

Paying with Apple Pay
Simply select the Apple Pay option at checkout, review your payment information, and proceed.

Paying with PayPal
You can check out quickly using your existing PayPal account. If you do not have one, you may check out as a guest by providing your card details, billing address, and delivery address. PayPal also gives you the flexibility to select a different shipping address during checkout.

Paying with Klarna
We are pleased to partner with Klarna to offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay in 3 instalments or pay in 30 days* on thousands of online items. To be eligible, your delivery address must be within the UK, and your order total must be between £100 and £1,000.
